The Logan County Humane Society would like to announce its upcoming Poker Run.
It will be held at the Logan County Humane Society which is located at 1230 Morgantown Road, Russellville, KY. The event is scheduled for June 23, 2012 at 10 am. We will also be playing cornhole, grilling out and selling T-shirts. The cost will be $20 per motorcycle, $10 for rider. Cars are welcome. The cost for a car will be $20, $5 per passenger. All players must be at least 16 years of age. The best hand will win $75, the worst hand will win $25. All proceeds will go to the Logan County Humane Society. The Kentucky National Guard is having the second ride to remember to raise that will go toward building a memorial for the fallen soldiers of Kentucky. Rolling Thunder Ch3 will be leading the pack of those from Bowling Green. More details to follow on that. They hope to have 100 bikes from our area ride up. The venue is awesome as well. There will be a Kentucky Headhunter concert and rally. This will be held at the Healing Fields in Lawrenceburg Ky. They have a permanent flag flying representing EACH and EVERY Kentucky service member killed in the line of duty since Sept 11th.
