To guarantee this cabin price, initial deposit must be made by December 16, 2011. Second deposit of $200.00 per person is due by May 21, 2012. Final payment due by July 20, 2012.
Prices based on double occupancy and include all taxes, port charges and fees. Gratuities, airfare, transfers and travel insurance are additional.
Additional payments may be deposited with The Travel Authority at any time.
Cancellation fees will apply after final payment. Penalties vary depending on cancellation date. If cancel before final payment, all monies are refundable except for $25.00 per person.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: US citizens taking a closed-loop cruise departing from the continental United States (which this is) are not required to have a passport. You may travel with an original, state issued birth certificate and government issued photo identification. However, we highly recommend the use of passports.
GRATUITIES are $10.00 a day per person, or an additional $40.00 per person for this cruise. This can be paid before final payment or as you board the ship.
We will not have TRANSPORTATION information from Nashville Airport to Orlando Airport until Southwest Airlines has a schedule for this date.
Carnival TRANSFER from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral is $70.00 per person round trip. Or you can take a cab, or we might get a group shuttle.
We encourage travelers to take optional travel INSURANCE. Pricing varies per person based on age and total cruise price. You can purchase group insurance with your final payment.
Carnival allows two bags per person with a 50lb maximum per bag allowed. BAGGAGE restrictions and pricing differ with each airline.
Please inform TTA if you have any special needs including physical, dietary requirements or pregnancy. Cruise lines have guidelines pertaining to the conditions.
